This wizard will guide you through the process of creating/setting up a database in rnbWeather.
All databases are created in the data folder within the HomeSeer directory.
Databases are named based on the assigned location ID which can be found in the Location and Devices page.
When using networked servers, rnbWeather attempts connection but you need to ensure your HomeSeer computer can reach the database server on the standard port.
rnbWeather does not adjust any firewalls etc to allow the traffic to pass and connection work.
rnbWeather currently supports the following database types:
SQLite (preferred)
CSV File
MS SQL Server
MySQL Server
Microsoft Access (mdb) (Windows only)
LiteDB
PostgreSQL
Firebird
This wizard will now allow you to chose one of these database types to configure. You can configure additional services as required by re-running this wizard. There is no limit to the number of databases you can have but bear in mind, each database adds to the processing time/load for the plugin on each update.

Configure Database Logging
For each datatype selected below, the data from each update will be saved to the database irrespective of whether you have a feature configured/setup within HomeSeer.
What this means is: if you do not have a feature created for pressure, the pressure reading will still be saved to the database.
You can make changes to which datatype is saved at any time from the settings page.
Please select the data you wish to save to the database:
